Information Sent Directly
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider operating that result service; our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services maintain ordinary logs such as IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to operate and improve the service. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use this limited information to operate the service, diagnose problems, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Delaware pages link to county and Ohio portals, library collections, archives, and search providers. Their own policies govern information submitted on their services, including sponsored-result tools supplied by another company.
Who Might See Your Data
Providers that host or support the service process logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners can receive the automatic data described above. Information is otherwise disclosed only when valid legal process requires it.
How We Protect Your Data
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. There are no site accounts, passwords, or user profiles for us to maintain.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted information so it can be deleted.
Your Data Rights
You may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data a website retains. The research did not identify a general Ohio consumer-privacy statute applicable here. Because this service keeps little data, requests generally involve checking the contact mailbox and available logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page. Public records controlled by Ohio, Delaware County, or City offices remain with their custodian, which handles correction or removal requests.
Updates to This Policy
Revisions will appear here. Continued use after publication of a revision indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
