Delaware Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections relevant to Delaware, Ohio. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. Consumer-Report Status
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Neither this service nor a linked search result is a consumer report, and neither may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Outside Resources
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored-result tools, have independent terms and policies. Their content, availability, prices, and data practices are outside our control.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, or current, or that a linked portal will operate or return a correct result.
6. Limits on Our Liability

The original text, design, logo, and layout of this site are protected by copyright. Linking to any page and quoting brief excerpts with attribution is welcome; republishing full pages or systematically copying content is not.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
10. Cutting Off Access
We may block or restrict any user who violates these terms or abuses the site, at our discretion and without notice.
11. Governing Law
Ohio law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Ohio's general public-records baseline is ORC 149.43, although custodian-specific exemptions and restrictions still apply.
12. Severability
If a term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
